Configure the Actions Filter of the Journaling Definition

  1. In the Filters expander, open the Actions expander to set what operator/system actions will be printed out.
  1. Click New to create a new row with all the fields set to All. This means all types of actions will be printed out.
  1. Use the Actions drop-down list to select the specific actions you want to print out.
  1. To restrict the objects whose actions are printed, drag a scope defintion from Project > System Settings > Scopes into the Scope field.
  1. To further restrict what actions are printed out based on Type/Subtype, Discipline/Subdiscipline, use the drop-down lists and the = or ≠ operators.
    NOTE: An action will be printed if it matches all the criteria in a row.
  1. Repeat the above steps to add other rows.
